Fermentation: 27 – 30 Days
Crafted with destemmed and crushed grapes with a fermentation of 27 days, undergoing daily remontage. It then rests in the lake before being placed in oak barrels for up to 14 months.
Once harmonized in the tank, it will rest for a few months in the bottle before hitting the market. It maintains a red color with faint terracotta reflections, displaying a complex bouquet where fruity notes are still detectable.
On the palate, it is already polished with a structure that envelops the palate with personality, persisting with expressive retro-nasal sensations.
