This wine comes from a rigorous selection of overripe grapes, already blended in the fermentation vat with 85% Tempranillo and 15% Mazuelo.
They ferment with their native yeasts after destemming and gentle crushing, spending 30 days in the vat with appropriate pump-overs.
Before aging in barrels, the wine is racked twice in tanks. It is then aged in American oak barrels with one year of use, where it spends 26 months. Following that, it undergoes bottle refinement for 38 months.
This exceptional wine is designed to gracefully evolve in the bottle for many years, but it already exhibits the finesse and elegance that befit wines of its class.
