100% Tempranillo grapes fermented through Carbonic Maceration for 30 days in a tank. Then, they are carefully pressed, and the wine is kept at rest with 2 rackings until it’s bottled in March.
It has a beautiful violet color with a medium-high layer and a very clean nose with hints of blackberries and some licorice.
On the palate, it is tasty and has a pleasant and balanced structure with a fresh and aromatic finish. A wine for everyday enjoyment.
